Welcome to MagicTeam. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our home maintenance and renovation services across Dubai. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services Scope

MagicTeam provides home maintenance, handyman, repair, and renovation services including plumbing, electrical work, AC maintenance, painting, and property renovation services across Dubai. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All service bookings must be confirmed in advance. A project is only scheduled after confirmation and receipt of required advance payment.

3. Payment Terms

For all projects, a 50% advance payment is required before work begins. The remaining 50% balance must be paid upon completion of the project.

4. Project Changes & Additional Work

Any additional work requested during the project that is not included in the original quotation will be charged separately and must be approved by the client before execution.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure proper access to the property and availability of necessary permissions (if required). MagicTeam is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or missing approvals.

6. Service Warranty

We ensure high-quality workmanship. Limited warranty may apply to specific services depending on the nature of the job and will be communicated at the time of service.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be informed in advance. Any cancellation after work commencement may result in deduction of advance payment based on resources already used.

8. Liability

MagicTeam is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. We ensure all work is performed with care and professional standards.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, emergencies, or government restrictions.

10. Changes to Terms

MagicTeam reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
